Eureka Group Holdings (ASX:EGH) has received extensions to its management rights agreements at four villages, three for 10 years and one for 5 years.
These extensions are part of an underlying review Eureka is undertaking across its entire portfolio of senior citizens villages to ensure adequate returns on each asset are being achieved.
Each of these renewals is on terms superior to those in place in prior periods.
Earlier this year the company completed acquisition of the freehold land and buildings of Cascade Gardens Mackay, a 93-unit Seniors Rental Village in Queensland.
Eureka manages a total of 30 independent senior's villages throughout Australia.
The company is currently valued at $10 million.
