Conquest Mining (ASX: CQT) has reported that shareholders have approved the appointment of new Executive Chairman Jake Klein and Non-Executive Directors Nicholas Curtis and James Askew.
The new Board appointments also facilitate the permanent employment of a highly experienced management team, also sourced from the former Sino Gold team, including Ross Jenkins, Aaron Colleran and Charles Wang.
The Board appointments have resulted in a number of other Board changes. John Terpu, Bruno Firriolo and Joe Radici have stepped down from the Board and existing Chairman, Rich Krasnoff, will continue with Conquest as non executive director, as will Non Executive Directors Doug Stewart and Paul Marks.
Klein replaces Managing Director, John Terpu, whose employment as an executive has now ceased, as has Firriolo’s employment as an executive.
