Cynata Therapeutics (ASX:CYP) has raised about $2.9 million through the fully underwritten exercise of listed options.
Over 97% of the options were exercised by holders, leaving the underwriters to take up the shortfall of just 393,987 options.
The company has developed its Cymerus stem cell manufacturing platform over 2014 as the scalable manufacturing solution for mesenchymal stem cells.
It expects to secure partnerships this year.
