Italian gas producer Po Valley Energy's (ASX: PVE) managing director Michael Masterman has taken advantage of lower equity prices to acquire an additional 1,900,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Po Valley on 4 May to 7 May, 2010 at prices ranging from $0.31 to $0.38.
The on-market purchases were acquired in four tranches.
