Centaurus Metals Ltd (ASX:CTM) recently changed its focus by entering into a strategic alliance with the private Brazilian exploration company Terrativa Minerais SA, to help diversify the company away from iron ore.
The alliance has helped in the acquisition of the Mombuca Project in Brazil, which has the potential for high-grade gold mineralisation.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 17th June 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
