Carbine Tungsten (ASX: CNQ) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending the release of details surrounding a management review, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
Carbine said that the changes concern the imminent director and management transition following the resignation of the managing director.
The company though is in a very interesting position, and is currently transitioning to become a tungsten concentrate producer from the Mt Carbine tungsten mine, which is located in Far North Queensland.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made available to the market, or the opening of trade on Tuesday 24 January.
