Aurelia Metals (ASX:AMI) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details in relation to the company’s Glencore (LON:GLEN) financing facilities.
Under the company’s existing debt structure, a repayment obligation of $4.23 million exists on 15 September and $4.84 million on 15 October (this does not take into account the Company’s conversion rights.
Aurelia recently said that assuming conversion of Glencore debt facilities, these obligations reduce to $1.56 million on 15 September and $1.77 million on 15 October.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 16th September 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
