Attila Resources (ASX: AYA) is heading to market with a fundraising initiative, and has been granted a trading halt by the ASX - with its shares placed in pre-open.
Attila shares have been on the rise in recent months, with the stock $0.70 price more than double the $0.33 low in mid-July.
The company is currently nearing production on its 70% owned Kodiak Coking Coal Project in Alabama, U.S., and continuing its exploration program on the wholly-owned Talisker Project in Western Australia.
Attila is also the 100% owner of the Cotter's Run and Lefroy gold projects in Western Australia.
The halt will last until the opening of trade on Monday 7th October 2013, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
