Aruma Resources (ASX: AAJ) has completed the second phase drilling at the company’s Laverton East Gold Project in the highly prospective eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.
The results are due in November, with the program comprising 40 holes for 1,381 metres, following up on the 2 metres at 4.28 grams per tonne gold, as well as testing the more felsic zone to the east.
In other Aruma news, the company has also completed the first phase of drilling at the Steeple Hill Gold Project, also in the eastern Goldfields.
Drilling comprised 61 holes for 1,980 metres, and were designed to follow up the previously announced Hyvista, soil and gossan anomalies.
Aruma is well funded for the company's required activities, and completed a $630,000 initial capital raising through a placement to sophisticated investors, with a Share Purchase Plan currently underway - which has the potential to raise another $350,000.
