Aruma Resources (ASX: AAJ) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending the release of details surrounding a material capital raising, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
The halt will last until the earlier of the potential capital injection details being released to the market, or the opening of trade on Tuesday 13 September.
Aruma has not yet indicated where the funding is to be allocated, but has recently been having some exploration success at the company’s Laverton East Gold Project, which is located in the Western Australian eastern Goldfields.
Just last month the company announced the first gold intersection in the area, which returned 2 metres at 4.28 grams per tonne.
