Alara Resources (ASX:AUQ) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a potential corporate transaction.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Tuesday, 16th June 2015.
In April, the company recently updated the Scoping Study for the Washihi Copper-Gold Project in Oman.
The base case shows US$70 million NPV, 51% IRR, US$35.9 million CAPEX, two year payback, US$485 million life of mine revenue and US$324 million life of mine OPEX.
