Online video and marketing specialist Brave Bison Group PLC (LON:BBSN) is making good progress, transforming to a social video broadcaster and saw revenues rise 38% in its latest half year.
Net revenues were £9.7mln compared to £7.02mln in the six months to June 30, 2015.
This was bolstered by the weakening of sterling after the Brexit vote on June 23 as around 75% of the group's revenues are generated in other currencies.
Advertising remained the most material stream, making up 93% of the total revenue, driven by multiple large brand deals, including with Havas, Ford and P&G.
The firm reduced the loss before tax to £3.6mln from £11.5mln last year.
Significantly, the group will make a commercial relaunch of its digital "SlashFootball" channel this autumn, as the cornerstone of its social video football network and it has already got more than 9.4mln followers on Facebook and over 4.1mln subscribers on YouTube.
It is also launching what's called 'Brave Talent' - an international social talent management business with recognised stars like Callux, Joe Tasker, Anto Sharp, and Kiana Jones with a combined social reach of 30mln, it said.
Chief executive Ashley MacKenzie said: "I am thoroughly pleased with the pace of progress re-orientating the business.
"We are undergoing a transformation from a third party technology provider to a social video broadcaster, and throughout that transformation have managed to significantly grow revenues, while dramatically reducing our operating costs."
He added the main goal remains to achieve profitability.
"While maintaining close control of our cost base, management will be looking to build on this strong growth momentum throughout the second half of the year.
"Significant revenue opportunities will be driven by maintaining competitive advantage in a fast-paced online video industry - combining our data-informed scientific approach to audience management for existing video content, with the remarkable artistic talent we have in our business for new content creation."
Shares eased 0.14% to 4.87p.
