Shares in copper miner Weatherly International plc (LON:WTI) surged in early deals as it made a further amendment to its loan repayment schedule with Orion Mine Finance.
The repayment of Facility C has been deferred to February 28 next year at no extra charge to Weatherly, it said.
The repayment dates of facilities B and D of the previously amended facility remain unchanged, it added.
The firm has said previously that US$8.6mln was lent to it under facilities C and D.
The company owns and operates the Tschudi copper mine in Namibia, which has a mine life of 11 years and a plant design capacity of 17,000 tonnes per annum.
Shares added 14.29% to 0.4p.
