MySQUAR Limited (LON:MYSQ), the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payment specialist, says MyFish, the latest game on its platform, has generated 500,000 users in the first three week since launch.
In other news, LGO Energy PLC (LON:LGO) told investors it has successfully recompleted the GY-277 well at the Goudron field, Trinidad.
The GY-277 was the fourth in a series of ‘heavy work overs’ carried out by LGO Energy at the field. It saw some 45 feet of new perforations, between depths of 500 to 631 feet, in a reservoir that had previously not produced at this location.
Over at X-ray screening supplier Image Scan Holdings Plc (LON:IGE), it is on track to break even when it announces final results later this year, after the impact from a large customer order.
Last June, the group reported an £800,000 order for its ThreatScan-LS1 portable X-ray systems.
Over at commercial passenger aircraft leasing firm Avation PLC (LON:AVAP) has purchased and delivered another brand new Airbus A321-200 aircraft to Vietjet.
The plane is the third in a series of new A321 deliveries to the Vietnamese operator, after Avation announced two further leasing deals earlier this summer.
Elsewhere, Premier African Minerals Ltd (LON:PREM) said more sampling needs to be performed at the RHA tungsten project in Zimbabwe as grades have shown extreme variability.
As the company announced a convertible loan note agreement to raise funds to tide it over, it said grades at RHA range from sub-economic levels to an eye-popping 300 kilograms (kg) per ton over a short strike distance, which may make the application of normal geo-statistical methodologies unreliable.
Meanwhile, Alecto Minerals PLC (LON:ALO) has agreed preliminary terms for Canadian junior Ashanti Gold Corp (CVE:AGZ) to farm-into the Kossanto East gold project in western Mali.
A letter of intent between the two companies has been agreed that will see Ashanti take up to a 65% stake by completing a preliminary feasibility study (PFS) within three years.
Next, NQ Minerals (ISDX:NQMI) has appointed Aussie mining veteran Roger Jackson to its board.
In a twenty-five year career, Jackson has founded a number of Australian-listed and private mining firms, including Ark Mines, EDMS, Augur Resources, Hillgrove Gold Mines, Hellyer Gold Mines and Red Robin Resources.
Scancell Holdings Plc, (LON:SCLP), the developer of immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer, has appointed US life sciences veteran Dr Alan Lewis to the board. Dr Lewis will join the board in a non-executive role.
And finally, SalvaRx Group PLC (LON:SALV), a biotechnology company focused on immunotherapy for cancer, had some good news for shareholders on the US patents front.
iOx, in which SalvaRx has a 60.5% interest, has recently been granted a US patent covering IMM60, the first of the company's drugs to move towards in human trial.
