Rare Earth Minerals plc (LON:REM), up 13% to 0.9p, following an update on its 15%-owned Macarthur Minerals company. It has entered the US lithium supply sector after acquiring the Stonewall Project in Nevada.

Arcontech Group PLC (LON:ARC), up 13% to 0.4p. Broker finnCap reaffirmed its price target.

FALLERS

Physiomics Plc (LON:PYC), down 7.6% to 0.03p. The group today signed a share purchase agreement to acquire BioMoti Limited. It remains conditional on the completions of a successful placing to raise £1mln.

Forbidden Technologies plc (LON:FBT), down 4.6% to 7.75p. Announced the notice of its interim results.

Hydrodec Group PLC (LON:HYR), up 19%. Hydrodec has been awarded a five-year contract for the supply of inhibited transformer and switchgear oil by Essential Energy, a major Australian utility.

Kaz Minerals PLC (LON:KAZ), up 10%. Group copper cathode equivalent production was up 43% year-on-year in the first half of 2016 to 53,000 tonnes. Profits were ahead of expectations as cost-cutting efforts start to pay off.

Evraz plc (LON:EVR), down 6.1%. Half year underlying earnings (EBITDA) were down 38.1% year-on-year, largely as a result of soft steel prices.
