Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes at 4.00pm.

RISERS

Paragon Entertainment Limited (LON:PEL), up 7.0%. Chief operating officer John Dobson has bought 4.65mln shares in the company at an average price of 2.17p.

Ovoca Gold PLC (LON:OVG), up 6.4%. All resolutions at the shareholders meeting held yesterday were passed, the company revealed today.

FALLERS

W Resources PLC (LON:WRES), down 16.5% at 0.43p. On the down side, the company has placed shares at 0.35p, which is a sharp discount to last night’s closing mid-market price. On the plus side, company boss Michael Masterman put up £100,000 of the £600,000 raised while another director, Dr Byron Pirola, did likewise.

Symphony International Holdings Ltd (LON:SIHL), down 7.4%. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 742,616 ordinary shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

Imaginatik Plc (LON:IMTK), down 6.7%. The self-styled innovation company saw its full-year loss after tax narrow to £0.95mln from £1.46mln the year before.

Tracsis PLC (LON:TRCS), up 10%. The traffic data and transport software specialist has won a “significant order” with a North American railway company.

ServicePower Technologies Plc (LON:SVR), up 9.1%. The mobile workforce management software specialist said a North American consumer products maker has renewed a contract for a two-year period.

FALLERS

Baron Oil PLC (LON:BOIL), down 17%. Baron continues to progress final approvals for the original 2013 farm-out agreement following the recent signature of the Supreme Decree by the President, but a final date for approval and subsequent receipt of the US$2 million from Union Oil and Gas is not currently known.

Laird PLC (LON:LRD), down 7.3%. The wireless connectivity engineer’s chief executive, David Lockwood, is off to assume the same role at defence specialist Cobham PLC (LON:COB).

Trafalgar New Homes PLC (LON:TRAF), down 12%. It’s only a week since the company released its full-year results but the company put out a statement saying that it now expects the sale proceeds from the prospective sale of a pricy semi in Kent will be recognised in the next financial year, not this one.

Rambler Metals & Mining PLC (LON:RMM), down 11%. Henderson Group has upped its stake from 8% to 11%.
