Breedon Aggregates Limited (LON:BREE) has completed the acquisition of Hope Construction Materials Limited.
The deal was completed after the Competition and Markets Authority cleared it last week, subject to certain undertakings by Breedon.
Upon completion of the deal, Amit Bhatia, Hope's chairman, was appointed to the Breedon board of directors as a non-executive director.
