Adam Moloney, finance director of secure payments specialist Eckoh PLC (LON:ECK) is to move on pastures new once a suitable successor has been found.
Eckoh said the appointment process has already begun and Moloney would remain with the group to ensure a smooth transition takes place.
"Adam has played a key role in growing Eckoh into the successful business it is today, positioned internationally as a leading force in the secure payments and customer contact solutions markets. He has helped execute our strategy for expansion, particularly in the US, and we have valued his professionalism over the past 13 years,” said Chris Batterham, chairman of Eckoh.
“On behalf of the board and everyone at Eckoh, we would like to thank Adam for his significant contribution and wish him the very best for the future," Batterham added.
