AdEPT Telecom plc (LON:ADT) director Richard Burbage has bought £300,000 worth of shares in the communications technology firm.
Burbage purcahsed 125,000 shares at 240 pence per share, meaning he now has a 0.56% stake in AdEPT.
He joined the board as communications director earlier this month.
Burbage was one of the founders of Centrix Limited, the communications firm acquired by AdEPT back in 2015, and it is understood that he is reinvesting some of the money he made from that deal.
Shares were down 4p, or 1.5%, to 246p.
