Risers
Sepura PLC (LON:SEPU) up 10% to 36.2p. Communications services group saw a 59.1% take-up of its open offer at 35p, which was part of a funding that raised US$65mln in total.
McColls Retail Group PLC (LON:MCLS) up 18% to 155.3p. Good response to acquisition of 298 stores from the Co-op for £117mln. Placing to raise £13mln.
Hays plc (LON:HAS ) up 6% to 114.3p. Good response to trading update that saw like-for-like fees at the recruiter rise by 8% n its latst quarter. Numbers were accompanied by an upgrade to this year’s operating profit guidance to £180mln.
Fallers
Vast Resources PLC (LON:VAST) down 11% to 0.23p Mining group plans to raise up to £1mln via an open offer to existing shareholders as it continues to try and unlock what it sees as the value in its portfolio.
Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited (LON:GKP), down 21.5% to 3.69p. The Kurdistan oil firm plummeted more than 45% in early deals, down to a low of 2.36p, after it proposed a US$500mln debt for equity swap which will leave existing shareholders with just 5% of the company.

RISERS
Westminster Group PLC (LON:WSG) up 25% to 19p. Security and services firm now has no loan notes outstanding under its agreement with financier Darwin, after the latter made a final conversion to the tune of £210,000.
Supergroup PLC (LON:SGP) up 12% to 1,508p Fashion clothing group Supergroup reported a 16% rise in annual underlying pre-tax profit to £73.5mln on a 21% increase in revenue to £590mln in the 52 weeks to April 23.
Micro Focus International PLC (LON:MCRO) up 8% to 1,803p. Underlying profit jumped by 59% to US$533mn in year to April. Final dividend at software house rises by 51%.
Fallers
IronRidge Resources PLC (LON:IRR) down 44% to 4.5p. Explorer is switching focus to gold as it sees little prospect of swift recovery in iron ore prices.
Digital Globe Services Ltd (LON:DGS) down 22% to 59.5p. “EBITDA is expected to be below market expectations at approximately $3.1m, due to the lower gross margin on core business, new business, and direct labour costs associated with the acquisition of an on-shore call center”.
BTG PLC (LON:BTG) down 10% to 650p. AGM statement suggested currency impact would be boost revenues, though this will be offset by losses on existing forward dollar contracts.

Risers
Goldplat Plc (LON:GDP), up 9.3% to 5.88p. The gold recovery specialist agreed to farm-out a majority of its Anumso gold project in Ghana.
Uranium Resources Plc (LON:URA), up 9% to 0.3p. A major shareholder and strategic investor has agreed to extend deadlines for three outstanding loans to the company.
Anglo Asian Mining Plc (LON:AAZ), up 8% to 18.62p. The operator of the Gedabek mine, in Azerbaijan, revealed a substantial pick-up in production in its second quarter.
Fallers
Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company (LON:NTOG), down 21% to 1.88p. The oil junior raised £250,000 of new equity to help support the company as it seeks new acquisition opportunities. Some 12.5mln new shares are being issued at a price of 2p each.
Xcite Energy Plc (LON:XEL), down 11.6% to 6.74p. GKP’s plight perhaps reminded investors of Xcite’s pending challenges. The North Sea oil field developer is working on its own debt restructuring, and experts expect it will also see shares given in exchange for IOUs.
