Eckoh PLC (LON:ECK) has appointed Peter Simmonds as its new non-executive director as a replacement for Clive Ansell, who is stepping down in September.
The company highlighted that Simmonds, formerly chief executive of digital marketing group dotDigital, brings a wealth of experience in the areas of software, banking, insurance, finance and outsourcing.
"We are delighted to have appointed Peter,” said chief executive Nik Philpot.
“His experience running a successful Software as a Service technology company will bring a wealth of knowledge to the board and his insights across a number of key verticals in which Eckoh operates will undoubtedly further strengthen the company.
“Eckoh has developed an extremely high class Board which we feel reflects the quality of the international service we offer."
Simmonds added: “I am excited to join the Eckoh Board, especially at this stage in the company's development.
