Tissue Regenix Group (LON:TRX) has unveiled a three year contract with a national US group purchasing organisation (GPO) for the use of its wound care product DermaPure.

The medtech firm's products involve removing cellular material from animal and human tissue leaving a 'scaffold' which can then be used to repair diseased or wounded body parts.

Plexus Holdings PLC’s (LON:POS) chief executive Ben van Bilderbeek bought £200,000 of shares in the company during a recent share placing.

Ban Bilderbeek bought 307,693 shares at a price of 65p per share.

Nazdar Limited, which Plexus director Jerome Jeffrey Thrall is interested in, also subscribed for over 1.5mln shares at a cost of just over £1mln.

Recent sampling work by Condor Gold (LON:CNR) has identified a potential gold-bearing corridor 9km north of its planned mine at La India in Nicaragua.

The junior was following up targets identified by field work last year and Condor has now expanded its soil survey to cover the remaining 242 sq km of the La India acreage.

Bloodflow monitoring specialist Deltex Medical Group plc (LON: DEMG) has raised £450,000 though a subscription by an existing shareholder. Shares were issued at 4.3p each compared to a market price of 4.6p.

Sir Roderick Lyne, non-executive director at mining firm Petropavlovsk PLC (LON:POG), has stepped down from his position following today’s AGM.

As a result of Lyne’s retirement, Robert Jenkins has been appointed senior independent non-executive director, while Andrew Green is the new chairman of the remuneration committee.

Elsewhere, Breedon Aggregates Ltd (LON:BREE) has told investors it expects to be in a position to complete its acquisition of Hope Construction Materials in early August, after receiving conditional approval from the Competition and Markets Authority.

Patagonia Gold plc (LON:PGD) non-executive directors Ed Badida and Glenn Featherby have resigned with immediate effect, the mining firm said today.

Current finance director Gonzalo Tanoira will now become a non-executive director, with Christian Lopez Saubidet taking over as interim chief financial officer.

Patagonia also announced today that it has issued 30mln new shares to directors, worth around £590,000, “in lieu of outstanding cash payments due as remuneration for their services to the company.”

Tanzania-focused mineral explorer Kibo mining has made a fourth drawdown of £300,000 from its loan facility today.

Under the terms of the loan, Kibo will issue Sanderson Capital Partners Limited, which supplies the loan, with the equivalent in shares.

Clinical stage biopharmaceutical firm Motif Bio Plc (LON:MTFB) has announced that one of its non-executive directors, Dr John Stakes III, has had to step down from his role due to ill health.

“On behalf of the board and shareholders I would like to thank John for his contribution to Motif Bio and his valuable support,” said chairman Richard Morgan.
