Findel PLC (LON:FDL) up 13% to 198p. Group is early talks about a commercial supply arrangement with Sports Direct that might also see Mike Ashley, Sport’s Direct founder, join the Findel board.
Bellzone Mining PLC (LON:BZM) up 9% to 0.18p. Julian Cheong appointed as chief executive and he will also continue as chief financial officer.
VAST Resources PLC (LON:VAST) up 8% to 0.37p. Shares in demand seemingly in response to new company presentation aired at the AGM.

Ten Alps PLC (LON:TAL) down 26% to 0.59p. Chief executive Mark Wood is to step down from the media group with chairman Peter Bertram and CFO David Galan to share his duties going forward

Rapidcloud International plc (LON:RCI) up 12.3%. The cloud computing services company has won a 12-month contract with Malaysian conglomerate Sime Darby Global Services Centre for MYR200,000.
Servoca plc (LON:SVCA) up 7.9%. The company announced the acquisition of Classic Education for an initial £1.2mln with a deferred payment of £1.9mln subject to certain achievements.
EnQuest Plc (LONENQ) up 4.7%. The North Sea oil firm told investors that its latest drill programme had been “excellent”. Drilling of the Scolty/Crathes development wells, in the Greater Kittiwake Area, was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, it added.

Beowulf Mining plc (LON:BEM) down 22.4%. The Swedish government has instructed authorities to review the company's application for an exploitation concession for Kallak North due to a recent court judgement of another junior miner.
Clear Leisure PLC (LON:CLP) down 12.1%. Last year, losses jumped to €20.2mln from €3.1mln in 2014, the company revealed as it continues to write-down assets.
Stagecoach Group PLC (LON:SGC) down 9.8%. The transport operator was downgraded to Underweight from Neutral by JPMorgan Cazenove.

SpaceandPeople Plc (LON:SAL) down 11% to 39.9p. Company is to close S&P+ venture at a cost of £475,000 in debt write-offs. Ongoing business will make a similar profit in 2016 to previous year.
