RISERS

Akers Biosciences Inc (LON:AKR) up 23% to 210p. Company said it was it was “delighted” at the “highly successful” trial of the company’s rapid diagnostic for chlamydia. The assessment of the company's PIFA assay took place at two centres in the Pennsylvania in the US. Infrastrata PLC (LON:INFA) up 25% to 1.31p. European Commission awards grant of €4mln towards costs associated with the Front End Engineering & Design for its Islandmagee gas storage project in County Antrim.

Image Scan Holdings Plc (LON:IGE) up 12% to 2.38p. Company has received an order for ThreatScan(R)-LS1 portable X-ray system worth £800,000 from a government security organisation in Asia. Delivery is due in December 2016. This order constitutes the single largest portable X-ray order ever received by Image Scan, in both value and number of units.

FALLERS

Petro Matad PLC (LON:MATD) down 48% to 1.78p Company says US$10mln compensation offered by Shell after it pulled out of their joint blocks in Mongolia will be insufficient to complete licence requirements.

PGE Entertainment PLC (LON:PCGE) down 16% to 0.40p. Online gaming group raises £400,000 at big discount, said trading was going well with strong end to 2015.

Minoan Group plc (LON:MIN) down 13% to 6.5p. Hearing of appeals in the Council of State against the Greek State's issuance of the Presidential Decree for the group's project in Crete has been adjourned to 16 September.

RISERS

Wireless Group PLC (LON:WLG) up 69% to 313p. News Corp makes 315p per share bid for owner of Talksport . Directors of Wireless have backed the deal while News Corp, which backed Brexit, said it was a clear sign of its commitment to the UK.

Snoozebox Holdings PLC (LON:ZZZ) up 47% at 0.67p. Chris Errington, executive chairman, has acquired 2.22mln shares at 0.45p.

Powerhouse Energy Group PLC (LON:PHE) up 33% to 0.7p. PowerHouse is poised to begin its recommencement. We have a technology that we believe is unparalleled in its capability, its efficiency, its economy, its environmental contribution,” says chairman. Losses fell to £781,000 in 2015 from £2.55mln.

FALLERS

Jiasen International Holdings Ltd (LON:JSII) down 23% to 3p.Wooden furniture maker saw profits fall by 64% in 2015 as a slowdown I China’s economic growth bit hard. Dividend payments suspended.

Milestone Group PLC (LON:MSG) down 16% to 0.55p. Losses rise to £743,000 on £50,000 revenues, but company says emerging market conditions and areas of social focus are looking favourable.

ECR Minerals PLC (LON:ECR) down 12% to 0.015p. The loss for the period to end March was £433,000 compared to a loss of £1mln in the same period of 2015. Economic study on its Avoca gold tailings prospect in Australia is due next month.

RISERS

Beowulf Mining plc (LON:BEM), up 100% at 7.13p as it said its application for an exploitation concession for Kallak North in Sweden has been listed on the gov'ts meeting agenda for today (June 30).

Security firm Westminster Group PLC (LON:WSG), up 11.76% to 14.25p as it said ahead of its AGM that it was upbeat on growth prospects and reported a "significantly" improved performance in the first six months of the year. See story HERE.

Sula Iron & Gold PLC (LON:SULA) added over 9% to 0.18p as it reported interim results, saying it had been another active six month period, having completed another successful drill programme and further advanced the potential gold target through the IP survey.

FALLERS

ECR Minerals PLC (LON:ECR) , down 11.76% to 0.02p as it posted half year numbers to end March. Story here.

Petrel Resources PLC (LON:PET) lost 6.45% to 7.25p as it revealed to investors that a seismic exploration programme was now underway in and around its acreage off Ireland’s west coast.

China New Energy Ltd (LON:CNEL) down over 26% to 1.65p as the engineering and technology solutions provider to the biofuel industry posted final results.
