Money off Eagle Eye Solutions as sales disappoint

Online promotions software group Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC’s (LON:EYE) sales are running lower than expected due to delays in contracts going live.

The delays have hit brand campaigns through those clients while the messaging business generated lower than expected new business revenue.

Eagle Eye, which monitors and redeems online promotions for grocery retailers, restaurants and bars, expects sales will still grow by 34% to £6.5mln in the year to June.

It added that revenues growth was stronger in the second half while recurring subscription with transactional revenues up 87% year-on-year at £3.6m

Redemption volumes grew even faster to 38m, an increase of 120%, though messaging volumes were flat at around 40m per year.

Shares fell 11% to 0.68p.
