RISERS

Minoan Group plc (LON:MIN), up 20%. Greece's Supreme Administrative Court, the Council of State, has set an early hearing of the appeals against the Greek State's issuance of the Presidential Decree granting the equivalent of outline planning consent for the group's project in Crete.

Nighthawk Energy PLC (LON:HAWK), up 14%. Approval of the company’s water flood Pilot project, deemed an important step in realising the full potential for the Arikaree Creek field, has been granted.

DX (Group) PLC (LON:DX.), up 8.8%. Logistics firm DX said it is considering appealing against the decision by the local authority to block the building of its proposed new central hub in the West Midlands.

FALLERS

Ambrian PLC (LON:AMBR), down 25%. Commodity trading services provider Ambrian fell into the red last year, losing US$9.36mln, having made a profit of US$1.1mln the year before.

All Leisure Group PLC (LON:ALLG), down 10%. The resolution to delist from Aim was passed at the company meeting.

AO World PLC (LON:AO.), down 5.3%. Results for the year to end of March disappointed the market. The group made an operating loss of £10.6mln.

Redhall Group PLC (LON:RHL) up 10% to 7p. The order book for continuing businesses now stands at £24 million, compared to £21 mln at the end of last year, of which manufacturing orders are £17mln.

DP Poland (LON:DPP) up 8% to 31.5p. Domino’s Pizza franchise owner in Poland is boosted by moves of the UK arm of the US franchise to expand in Scandinavia.

Goldbridges Global Resources PLC (LON:GBGR) up 8% 2.4p. Miner is awarded 198 sq km exploration licence for the Karasuyskoye Ore Fields adjacent to the Sekisovskoye gold mine in Kazakhstan.

FALLERS

eServGlobal Limited (LON:ESG) down 13% to 4.15p. Shares still under pressure after large fund raising announced last night by mobile pay group.

Strategic Minerals PLC (LON:SML) down 10% to 0.39p. Swift turnaround for junior miner as it issues shares at 0.3p to raise £75,000.

Alternative Networks (LON:AN.) down 10% to 294.4p. Six months revenues were £69.3mln, down 4% from the restated levels given for 2015. At £7.48mln, adjusted earnings were down 27% from £10.27mln in the same period of last year.

Oilex Ltd (LON:OEX), up 18%. The India-focused gas junior has reached an out-of-court agreement with former founding partner Zeta Resources.

Horizonte Minerals Plc (LON:HZM, TSE:HZM), up 12%. The explorer has been granted a preliminary environmental licence for a nickel mine and beneficiation plant at Araguaia in Brazil.

Strategic Minerals PLC (LON:SML), up 9.2%. The company has reported nickel sulphide intersections from a third hole at the Hanns Camp prospect in Western Australia.

FALLERS

Croma Security Solutions Group PLC (LON:CSSG), down 18%. Asset protection firm Croma has identified a £142k overstatement of profit before tax for the year to 30 June 2015. This error has also occurred during the current financial year with the effect that profit before tax in the interim results for the six months to 31 December 2015 is overstated by £47,216.

Nyota Minerals Limited (LON:NYO), down 14%. Harwood Capital has sold down its stake from above 3% to just below 2%.

Northcote Energy Limited (LON:NCT), down 8.1%. The company has undertaken a re-entry and recompletion of the Lutcher Moore No.19 well at the Shoats Creek Field in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana, targeting production from the Frio formation.
