Main share price risers and fallers in London at 3.30pm

Risers

Central Rand Gold Ltd (LON:CRND) up 20% to 3p. May was the strongest month for its mine operations since January as de-watering efforts step up. Bridge finance arrangement set up worth US$4.1mln, with a separate US$200,000 equity financing.

Westminster Group PLC (LON:WSG) up 7% to 13p. Sir Michael Pakenham is to step down a non-executive. Company said: “"We have recently been working with other strong individuals with backgrounds in government and finance with a view to them joining the board. This is consistent with the strategic review of our business previously announced.”

Goals Soccer Centres PLC (LON:GOAL) up 7% to 122p. The five-a-side football business will spend £11.6mln renovating its 46 UK football centres to try and reverse its fortunes, as football fever grips the country ahead of the Euro 2016 Championships.

Fallers

eServGlobal Ltd (LON:ESG) down 10% to 4.6p. Mobile payment company is to raise up to £15mln through share issues in the UK and Australia at a price of 4p per share for marketing and working capital.

Vianet PLC (LON:VNET) down 5% to 97p. Remote monitoring group sees profits fall to £1.57mln (£1.71mln) in year to March, though performance was better on an underlying business.

Antofagasta PLC (LON:ANTO) down 3% to 436.9p. Miners are weak again as accountant PWC warns that the worst for the sector is far from over.

Risers

Mountfield Group Plc (LON:MOGP) up 20% to 1.65p. Proposal to convert two directors’ (Graham Read and Andy Collins) shares into Founder shares.

Ironveld PLC (LON:IRON) up 10% to 5.75p. Signs an offtake agreement for the vanadium slag from its project in Limpopo in South Africa. It will be taken by an established, but unnamed, international company.

Minds + Machines PLC (LON:MMX) up 7% to 11.27p. The internet domain registry group reported a significant rise in registrations in its .vip top level domain. Registrations taken by the company by June 6 had reached 404,892, up 49% from Friday June 3.

Fallers

Kimberley Enterprises NV (LON:KBE) down 38% to 0.77p. Company says that if lease of Marina Dorcol is terminated it would still have a substantial net asset value deficit.

Eurasia Mining plc (LON:EUA) down 4% to 0.55p. Full production at company’s West Kytlim project in Russia not before 2018, company said today.

Persimmon PLC ( LON:PSN) down 1% to 2,006p. Housebuilders under pressure on growing momentum for Brexit leave campaign.

RISERS

Symphony Environmental Technologies plc (LON:SYM) up 15% to 6.75p. Plastics group signs a three year deal with Pakistan International Airways to make the airline’s waste more biodegradable.

Herencia Resources PLC (LON:HER) up 10% to 0.03p. Two investors, Lind Partners and Oriental Darius, are to advance the copper explorer up to US$150,000.

Iofina plc (LON:IOF) up 9% to 19.7p. A debt restructuring and additional US$10mln of funding boosts the shares of the iodine producer.

FALLERS

Aukett Swanke Group PLC (LON:AUK) down 18% to 5.1p. Interim profits almost halve to £417,000, which the architect blames in part on the Brexit referendum.

Plant Health Care PLC (LON:PHC) down 5% to 48p. Update on progress of PREtec (Plant Response Elicitor technology) platforms, which are designed to boost plant yields.

Rose Petroleum PLC (LON: ROSE) down 3% to 0.17p. Rose reported a US$9.1mln loss for 2015. There was a US$3.7mln impairment of intangible exploration and evaluation assets. Revenue, which comes primarily from the Mexican gold operations, amounted to US$4.3mln, up from US$3.1mln.
