Some significant share movers at around 3.15pm

RISERS

Independent Resources plc (LON:IRG), up over 54% as it was notified that Brandon Hill Capital increased its shareholding to around 7.28% of the share capital.

Eco Animal Health Group Plc (LON:EAH), up 4.49% as it got the green light from the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to market anti-biotic Aivlosin 625 mg/g water soluble granules in egg-laying chickens.

Anglo Asian Mining Plc ( LON:AAZ) added 4.76% as it posted its final 2015 results to shareholders, results, which showed record output at its Gedabek mine in Azerbaijan.

FALLERS

Barratt Developments PLC (LON:BDEV) down 1.38% as housebuilders took a hit, on the threat of lower house prices, as polls showed a lead for an exit from the EU.

Budget carrier Easyjet (LON:EZJ) flew 1.64% lower as its load factor - a measure of how full its aircraft are - fell in May duje to the cancellation of 173 flights in the month due to weather weather and strikes by French workers.

Petrel Resources (LON:PET) down 13.73% to 5.50p after it revealed Friday it was awarded two new licencing options in the Porcupine Basin, offshore Ireland.

RISERS

Highlands Natural Resources Plc (LON:HNR), up 12.64%, as it said chief executive Robert Price holding of 12mln shares, unchanged since the IPO, represents 35.4% of voting rights.

Alecto Minerals PLC (LON:ALO), up 5.56% as the market was cheered by 2015 results and recent progress.

Dillistone Group PLC (LON:DSG), up 6.10% as the executive search software business enjoyed its best month in its 33-year history as customers switch to cloud-based systems.

LOSERS

Bagir Group Ltd (LON:BAGR), down 5.88 as the cretaor of innovative tailoring revealed it is on the recruitment trail as non-exec director Fiona Holmes is resigning

Cairn Energy PLC (LON:CNE) down 1.53% as RBC Capital Markets downgraded the FTSE250 group to to ‘sector perform’ from ‘outperform’ and cut the price target to 250p from 260p until 2017 drilling plans are confirmed.

Airline giant IAG plc (LON:IAG) dropped 1.5% as Barclays cuts its target on the BA owner to 700p from 750p on outlook worries.

RISERS

Swallowfield plc (LON:SWL), up over 32% at 216p as the market learned it is buying fellow beauty and personal-care group The Brand Architekts Ltd for £11 million in cash.

Wishbone Gold PLC (LON:WSBN), up 23.15% to 0.67p as the firm struck a two year US$3mln loan deal with Sanderson Capital to support its gold trading business. See Proactive story here.

Westminster Group PLC (LON:WSG) continues the run from Friday, when it added over 44% and adds over 17% today to stand at 14.25p after revealing it raised £1.3mln from institutional investors, via a placing and subscription, to progress its managed services contracts as it also updated on its Sierra Leone ferry project.

FALLERS

Hardide Plc (LON:HDD), down 21.21% to 0.65p as the tech group said losses had grown in its year to end March.

Mariana Resources (LON:MARL), down 6% to stand at 3.53p as there was a statement that chief operating officer Eric Roth had sold 2.8mln shares on Friday at 3.5p each.

Keras Resource PLC (LON:KRS), down 4.78% to 1.10p, despite news it secured an additional deposit in Australia under the existing tribute agreement from Paddington Gold, a subsidiary of Norton Gold Fields.
