Sunrise Resources raises £300,000 for Nevada development work

The placing was priced at 0.12p per share with a warrant attached exercisable at double that price.

Sunrise Resources (LON:SRES) has raised £300,000 to fund further work on its precious and industrial metals tenements in Nevada, US.

The placing was priced at 0.12p per share with a warrant attached exercisable at double that price.

Sunrise said it was high net worth investors and Sunrise non-executive director Roger Murphy that backed the funding.

Patrick Cheetham, executive chairman said: "We are pleased to have attracted the interest of a number of high net-worth mining investors who are backing our projects and strategic goals with their personal funds.

“The funds raised will enable us to accelerate our activities within our strategic Nevada interests.”
