Diamcor Mining adds extra water at Krone-Endora

The four boreholes will boost processing levels of all size fractions of material up to 45mm

Diamcor Mining (CVE:DMI) has completed two of four additional water boreholes at its Krone-Endora diamond project at Venetia in South Africa.

The remaining two holes will be finished by the end of this quarter.

When complete, the four boreholes will boost processing levels of all size fractions of material up to 45mm as part of an evaluation of design capacity ahead of a full production decision.

Diamcor acquired the Krone-Endora project from De Beers in 2011. The 5,888 hectares project lies directly adjacent to De Beers' flagship Venetia diamond mine.

Mining permits have been granted for 657.71 hectares of the project's total acreage while Tiffany has an offtake deal to buy all future production of rough diamonds from the Krone-Endora project at the prevailing market price.

Comprising several alluvial tenements, Krone-Endora also benefits from infrastructure and services already in place for the Venetia Mine.
