Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd (LON:MSMN) up 11.1% at 0.75p. New Zealand and Australia-focused group made a CAD$400,000 cash investment in GEM International Resource Inc. (TSX:GEM). Shares rose 11.1% to 0.75p.
Epwin Group PLC (LON:EPWN) up 8.9% at 131p. Low maintenance building product maker says shareholders passed all resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting.

Cyan Holdings Plc (LON:CYAN) down 12.7% at 0.24p. Smart lighting group confirmed speculation that it was considering financing options to raise about £12.5mln for a potential acquisition and for working capital.
Porta Communications PLC (LON:PTCM) down 6.1% at 5.75p. Marketing and advertising group said there had been some slowdown in project work ahead of the EU referendum.

IGAS Energy PLC (LON:IGAS), up 27%, and Egdon Resources PLC (LON:EDR), up 25%. North Yorkshire County Council has waved through the application from Third Energy for an eight-week programme at an existing well site near Kirby Misperton, a rural village in the Ryedale area of North Yorkshire. This bodes well for other UK shale firms, such as IGAS and Egdon.
Asia Growth Properties Limited (LON:AGP) up 22.8% at 56.5p. Company said it completed the disposal of Dah Sing Financial Centre to Gao Sheng Global Limited.
Scientific Digital Imaging PLC (LON:SDI), up 11%. The scientific products maker got a big lift after the company said profit before tax in the year just ended will be in line with expectations.
FALLERS
DDD Group PLC (LON:DDD), down 39%. Expect this stock to continue to be volatile as we count down to the vote on the proposed delisting from Aim.
Management Resource Solutions PLC (LON:MRS), down 11% at 8.75p. The personnel company has raised £300,000, placing shares at 8.5p a pop.
Chamberlin PLC (LON:CMH), down 10%. Results for the year to the end of March confirmed it had been a tough year for the engineering firm, with its core markets continuing to deteriorate.
