IFC, the investment arm of the World Bank, has further backed Condor Gold (LON:CNR) through exercising a non-dilute clause.
The clause was inserted in 2014 when IFC bought its original stake the Nicaragua-based gold explorer through a £3.5mln investment.
Last month, Canadian investor Ross Beaty took a 7.18% stake in Condor as part of a placing that raised £2.6mln in total.
To maintain its stake at 8.5%, IFC has now subscribed £0.24mln on the same terms.
It takes the total raised through the funding to £2.82mln said Condor.
