Major share price risers and fallers in London at 4.00pm

RISERS

Kodal Minerals PLC (LON:KOD) up 20% to 0.048p Acquisition of IGS and its portfolio of gold exploration properties in Mali and Côte d'Ivoire from Taruga and accompanying fundraising of £680,000 gets green light from shareholders.

32RED PLC (LON:TTR) up 14% to 132.4p. Online casino firm signs a unveiled a three-year shirt sponsorship deal with Leeds United and said trading had remained 'very strong' this year.

Arian Silver Corp (LON:AGQ) up 9% to 1.01p. Silver specialist starts detailed metallurgical test work at the Noche Buena tailings project in northern Mexico. At the beginning of the month, the firm paid US$25,000 for the exclusive right to evaluate the project owned by Tierra Nueva Mining (TNM).

FALLERS

Coal of Africa Ltd (LON:CZA) down 15% to 2.76p. Company has extended the offer period for Universal Coal. Acceptances now total 93.23%.

All Leisure Group PLC (LON:ALLG) down 79% to 1p. Company proposes to delist from AIM on 15 June. Some 76% of shareholders will vote in favour.

Andalas Energy And Power PLC (LON:ADL) down 6% to  0.20p. Shareholders approve farm-in to Tuba Obi East oil and gas concession in Jambi province, Sumatra.

RISERS

Avanti Capital PLC (LON:AVA) up 83% to 34,8p. Company is to receive £2.6mln for its stake in MBlox, which will mean a book loss of £800,000.

BlueBird Merchant Ventures Ltd (LON:BMV) up 13% to 4.25p.  “The initial test shipment of copper concentrate sent to the local copper smelter proved to have a higher gold value (6.56g/t) than had been expected and further testing of the proposed second shipment also indicated higher gold values (12.17g/t and 14.83g/t), “ said Philippines company.

Akers Biosciences Inc (LON:AKR) up 7% to 145p. Product revenues jumped 79% in first quarter and are set to grow even more strongly over the rest of the year as sales of Heparin allergy test grow.

FALLERS

Hunting Plc (LON:HTG) down 15% to 255p. Brokers sharpen knives after trading update that confirmed US markets are challenging and gave some guidance for the weakness of 2016. Revenues and margins in 2016 have been weak so far said Liberum, which is a seller.

Zincox Resources PLC (LON:ZOX) down 9% to 0.66p. Profit taking after strong gains yesterday. They followed an update on trading prospects and a possible zinc recovery project in Vietnam.

Landore Resources (LON:LND) down 8% to 1.65p. Canada-based explorer reports progress on nickel exploration at Junior Lake while gold target drilling to start in July.

RISERS

Serabi Gold PLC (LON:SRB) up 17% to 5.12p.  First quarter production of 9,771 ounces at All-In-Sustaining Cost of US$858 per ounce is "an excellent start to the year and puts Serabi in a strong position to meet our guidance of 37,000 ounces with an All-In-Sustaining Cost of between US$840 and US$870 per ounce". Quarterly profit of US$1.5mln (US$0.2mln)

Ferrum Crescent Ltd (LON:FCR) up 8% to 0.298p. Statement yesterday that mining group knows of no specific reason for recent uptick in share price has little impact as stock continues to rise.

Scholium Group PLC ( LON:SCHO)  up 7% to 42.5p.  Revenue is materially ahead of the prior year, as a result of which the pre-tax result is expected to be broadly break even. This growth has been achieved without significant use of group cash resource said rare book trader.

FALLERS

Aureus Mining Inc (LON:AUE) down 12% to 3.74p. Working on remedy to problems with detox circuit at New Liberty mine in Liberia that has temporarily suspended ore processing.

Circle Oil PLC (LON:COP) down 4% to 2.2p. Needs sustained improvement in payments from Egypt to bolster its cash position, which remains under significant pressure it said.

Sable Mining Africa Ltd (LON:SBLM) down 9% to 0.45p. Shares under pressure after bribery allegations surrounding award of iron ore concession in Liberia.
