Major share price risers and fallers in London around 4pm
RISERS
Xtract Resources PLC (LON:XTR), up over 5% to 0.19p as it issued a resource upgrade on the Manica gold mine in mozambique.
Waterman Group PLC (LON:WTM), up 11.21% to 91.75p as it's set to beat its profit target as trading performance has remained in line with directors' expectations. Revenue during the first nine months of the year to the end of March was up 10% on the year.
Ten Alps PLC (LON:TAL) , up 11.43% to 1.95p as it bought a fellow player in the corporate video market - Straker Films - which gives it a blue chip client base.
LOSERS
Independent Resources Group PLC (LON:IRG) fell 15.79% to 0.08p as it secured an extension for its Ksar Hadada permit in Tunisia until August 6, 2017.
MTI Wireless edge Limited (LON:MWE), fell 12.92% to 19.38p despite seeing revenue up 48% in its first quarter, boosted by its acquisition of wireless irrigation provider Mottech.
This helped offset a 34% revenue decline at its antenna business.
Northcote Energy PLC (LON:NCT), down 10.77% to 0.03p as MX Oil (LON: MXO) issued an update on the four Land Contract Areas (LCAs) in Veracruz, Mexico it was awarded in December last year.

RISERS
Tengri Resources (LON:TEN) down 10% to 1.92p. Accepts US$5mln consideration for Kami Associates and Tatiana in instalments until the end of May, when payment will have been made in full.
Patagonia Gold plc (LON:PGD) up 8% to 1.75p. Chairman Carlos Miguens increases stake to just under 48% through £6.9mln fund raise. Company will now start to build new mine Argentina.
Renishaw PLC (LON:RSW) up 4.5% to 1,949p. Full year revenue to be in the range of £420mln-£440mln and profit before tax £67mln-£83mln, both in line with predictions made in March said the industrial probe maker.
FALLERS
William Hill PLC ( LON:WMH) down 6% to 304.5p. The bookmaker said retail over-the-counter revenue in the 17 weeks to April 26 was flat against the same period a year ago, hit by unfavourable results at the racing festival in Gloucestershire.
PurplebricksGroup PLC (LON:PURP) down 3% to 159.2p. Trading update sends shares in newly-listed online estate lower. Revenue for the year is expected to be around £18.5mln.
TUI Ag (LON:TUI) down 2% to 1,046p. No mention of return of any proceeds to shareholders once it sells specialist adventure and education holiday businesses, which it announced today.

Opera Investments Plc (LON:OPRA) up 24% to 9p. Metal Tiger announces noticeable stake of 3.48% or 600,000 shares.
PipeHawk plc (LON:NOP) up 17% to 3.5p. Company has been awarded a £400,000 deal with Mann and Hummel (UK) Ltd after successful first contract for test equipment producer.
Orosur Mining PLC (LON:OMI) up 15% to 12.5p. Broker Cantor has lifted its price target on South America-focused gold miner due in part to rising precious metal prices. The broker's target goes to 26p from 22p and it repeats a 'buy'.
FALLERS
MX Oil PLC (LON:MXO) down 28% to 0.59p. Company is quitting all projects in Mexico and not received payment for Nigeria oilfield sale and may now have to keep it.
Atlas African PLC (LON:AAI) down 29% to 0.22p. Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA) removes US$2.4mln from subsidiary TEAP Glass’s bank account.
Hague and London Oil Plc (LON:HNL) down 30% to 5.87p. To spin off higher risks assets into a new company while HALO will focus on North Sea and acquiring other assets in Europe.
