Patagonia Gold shot up after all resolutions were passed at the AGM and the response to the open offer was revealed as strong

Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes at 3.45pm.

RISERS

Patagonia Gold plc (LON:PGD), up 12%. The company's open offer of shares went well, with applications for more than twice the amount of shares available under the excess application facility.

ITM Power plc (LON:ITM), up 9.1%. ITM Power and Good Energy (LON:GOOD) have signed an initial agreement to explore ways to provide zero-carbon electricity to hydrogen refuelling stations.

Cardiff Property PLC (LON:CDFF), up 6.2%. There's lovely! The half-year results showed profit before tax soared to £1.54mln from £566,000 the year before.

FALLERS

Sound Energy PLC (LON:SOU), down 6.7%. The company unveiled details of a bond deal which will raise €6mln of new capital and refinance existing debts.

Venn Life Sciences Holdings (LON:VENN), down 6.2%. Full-year results were good, but having raised expectations with a pre-close trading update a couple of months ago, the market was clearly expecting more from the contract research organisation.

CloudTag Inc (LON:CTAG), down 6.1%. Spread betting firm Spreadex, which is holding shares in the wearable technology company on its own account and on behalf of discretionary clients, has reduced its stake from above 18% to 16.5%.

RISERS

Cambria Automobiles PLC (LON:CAMB), up 11%. The car seller's half-year results showed revenue and profits substantially up on the same period a year earlier.

Cyprotex PLC (LON:CRX), up 10%. The pre-clinical toxicology specialist's performance in the first quarter was significantly ahead of the board's expectations.

Scisys Plc (LON:SSY), up 7.9%. Directors have been piling in to buy shares in the software firm.

FALLERS

Edenville Energy PLC (LON:EDL), down 9.1%. The agrochemical and encapsulation development company said Teva Animal Health, Inc. has formally decided to exercise its option and thereby enter into a licensing agreement with Eden.

Strategic Minerals Limited (LON:SML), down 9.1%. Well, the share price had to go down at some point after rising from 0.13p on 20 April to 0.46p last night, and there has been no news flow for four days now.

Mariana Resources Limited (LON:MARL), down 7.1%. The exploration and development company with projects in Turkey and South America said 292mln shares placed earlier this month will start trading on or around Thursday this week, with another 38mln shares set to start trading on Friday.

Tavistock Investments PLC (LON:TAVI), up 24%. Each of the group's businesses is now trading profitably, the financial advisory and investment management services provider said. Full-year results are expected to be ahead of market expectations.

FALLERS

Aureus Mining Inc (LON:AUE), down 40%. The West African gold producer reported that operations at the New Liberty gold mine have been temporarily suspended as a consequence of problems with the detoxification circuit in the process plant.

The company, which provides disputes, programme and project management and other consulting services to construction, engineering and industrial markets, said revenues for the year would be in line with expectations.
