Sabien Technology Group Plc (LON:SNT) shares were up around 15% on Tuesday after the company told investors it would return to profitability in the year to end June 2018.
The boiler optimisation specialist highlighted good progress in its pilot programme which is designed to lift sales.
In other news, Aureus Mining Inc (LON:AUE) submitted new plans for the New Liberty gold mine in Liberia as part of a proposed redrawing of its debt repayment schedule.
As part of the process, the miner’s lenders, Nedbank, Rand Merchant Bank and the Export Credit Insurance Corporation of South Africa have agreed to defer further the first repayment until 31 May.
Elsewhere, Rose Petroleum PLC (LON:ROSE) said it was mulling a move into processing and manufacturing of gypsum in Cuba.
Unveiling plans, it also unveiled an £800,000 share placing to fund the due diligence and transactions fees associated with any deal.
Over at Acquisitive Keywords Studios PLC (LON:KWS), it secured a new €15mln credit facility from Barclays Bank.
The computer games support services group told investors that the new credit facility has a five year term - with a €10mln initially committed, extendable at any time during the period with Barclay’s approval.
Meanwhile Epistem Holdings Plc’s (LON:EHP) rapid diagnostic system Genedrive performed well in EU-funded hepatitis study carried out by Institut Pasteur and Hopital Cochin in Paris.
Already launched in India for TB, the clinical trial showed Genedrive was 100% accurate in detecting inherited genetic polymorphisms in Hepatitis (HCV) patients compared to the current 'gold-standard' laboratory test, Roche's TaqMan PCR.
Forbidden Technologies plc (LON:FBT) revealed its cloud-based video editing platform, Forscene, will be used to produce and distribute highlight packages at two major international sports events this summer.
The company said Forscene will for the first time be used at a ‘global tennis tournament occurring in London’, and separately will be used at a ‘major international sporting games for disabled athletes held in Brazil’.
Over at Collagen Solutions PLC (LON:COS) it unveiled a new chief executive as trading had been better than expected.
It is appointing Jamal Rushdy to the role, replacing Stewart White, who will become chief scientific officer.
And finally shares in CloudTag Inc (LON:CTAG) advanced at the open as it unveiled another premium placing, which raised £50,000 with a new investor.
The personal health and fitness monitoring technology firm issued around 1.6mln shares at 3.1 p each - a premium of 37.8% on the mid-market closing price of 2.25p.
