Major share price risers and fallers in London at 4.00pm

RISERS

Plaza Centers NV (LON:PLAZ) up 31% to 2.125p. Shares rise following Elbit Imaging comments about Casa Radio project.

Sovereign Mines of Africa PLC (LON:SMA) up 21% to 0.42p. Shares continue to rise even though company said yesterday it knew of no reason why should they be going up.

Eland Oil & Gas PLC (LON:ELA) up 17% to 33.6p. Update this week from 40% owned Ubima field points to production later this year.

FALLERS

Asiamet Resources Ltd (LON:ARS) down 8% to 3p. A placing to raise £1.5mln at 3.1p. Money will fund development of its Beruang Kanan Main (BKM) copper project.

Premaitha Health PLC (LON:NIPT) down 6%. Illumina has initiated patent infringement proceedings in Switzerland against Genoma SA, one of Premaitha's customers. Premaitha said it continues to believe that the patents held by Illumina are invalid.

Atalaya Mining PLC (LON:ATYM) down 5% to 98.1p. Official request from the Junta de Andalucía to stop tailings being deposited at the Rio Tinto mine along with a request for additional ‎information from the company.

RISERS

Sirius Petroleum PLC (LON:SRSP) up 5% to 0.34p. Oiler has appointed Rockflow to produce a Competent Person's Report ("CPR") on the Ororo Field located in OML 95, in shallow waters offshore Nigeria, to assist the company in its discussions with potential funding providers.

Ted Baker PLC (LON:TBK) up 5% to 2,380p. The fashion retailer’s multiple routes to market via retail, wholesale and licensing, increasingly complemented by online, support strong growth prospects says broker Liberum, which raises its target price to 3,700p from 3,100p.

Tanfield Group PLC (LON:TAN) up 4% to 14.15p. Board therefore still retains its view that the remaining 49% investment in Snorkel will result in a return to shareholders in the future even though trading conditions in the aerial work platform (AWP) business have become more challenging.

FALLERS

Be Heard PLC (LON:BHRD) down 19% to 3.35p. Back from suspension after acquisition of MMT Limited. The digital marketing group had agreed to pay £5.1mln initially for the web design, user interface and application developer , with up to £15.4mln to follow depending on various targets being met.

Patagonia Gold Ltd (LON:PGD) down 16% to 1.35p. Arranges funding to build a new gold mine at Cap-Oeste in Argentina. Chairman Carlos Miguens will put up half of US$10mln funding package and underwrite an open offer for the rest.

Atlas Mara Ltd (LON:ATMA) down 9% to 4p. Raises US$17.4mln through issue of convertible bonds to identify and fund acquisition opportunities.

RISERS

MBL Group PLC (LON:MUBL) up 18% at 10.6p. Company appointed restructuring specialists Timothy Jackson-Smith and Christopher Jones as non-execs yesterday. Jackson-Smith is a lawyer with CEO experience while Jones was head of restructuring at law firm Hammonds.

Wolf Minerals Ltd (LON:WLFE) up 6% at 8.74p. Standby facility with major shareholder RCF approved. Tungsten miner will start to utilise the £25mln facility straight away. Prices starting to pick up it adds.

eServglobal Limited (LON:ESG) up 5% to 5.75p. Contract win worth €6.0mln over five years, with approximately €2.5mln to be recognised within the current financial year by the emerging market mobile payment specialist.

FALLERS

Goldenport Holdings Inc (LON:GPRT) down 65% to 1.75p. Company to delist as talks with lenders did not go well and company’s eight ships have been sold in lieu of and to pay off debts.

African Potash Ltd (LON:AFPO) down 42%. Deal to supply 20,000 metric tonnes of urea to a customer in Zambia has been delayed. The firm understands this is due to the customer still awaiting confirmation of order from its customers. Dry bulk freight market is very tough it adds.

BMR Group PLC (LON:BMR) down 22% to 4.38p. Placing to raise £395,00 at 4.25p per share to provide working capital for tailings facility at Kabwe.
