Norcon Plc (LON:NCON) up 11% to 17.2p. Telecoms consultant reports profit before tax of US$1.0mln (FY 2014: loss of US$0.3m). The firm’s directors expect 2016 to continue the growth in margins,
Aveva (LON:AVV) up 9% to 1,653p. CAD design specialist says revenues and adjusted profit before tax in year to March will be in line with market expectations. Cost initiatives have saved £4mln.
FALLERS
Watchstone Group (LON: WTG) down 4% to 226p. Former Quindell slips lower after reports yesterday it had rejected a second approach from city financier Edi Truell.
Vianet (LON:VNET) down 4% to 102p. Trading for the second half of the year has been as anticipated and, profits will be broadly in line with market expectations and ahead of last year's £3.18 min.
Nyota Minerals (LON:NYO) down 3% to 0.15p. A down day on the rollercoaster for the former gold explorer, though shares were much lower earlier. Group is mulling a board change and switch to the FinTech sector according to the bulletin boards.

Image Scan Holdings Plc (LON:IGE), up 13%. Half-year results got the thumbs-up. The real-time imaging specialist slashed its pre-tax loss to £64,000 from £387,000 the year before and the board remains confident the company will meet full-year expectations.
Tandem Group plc (LON:TND), up 13%. The shares took a bath in early March following a downbeat trading statement that included troubling news about an import duty dispute, but the bike maker rallied – as opposed to Raleighed – on full-year results this morning.
Cloudbuy PLC (LON:CBUY), up 11%. The provider of cloud-based e-commerce marketplaces has won a contract worth £333k from HealthShare NSW in Australia.
FALLERS
Kolar Gold Limited (LON:KGLD),down 15%. The India-focused gold exploration and mine development company has appointed Smaller Company Capital Limited as its joint broker, alongside N+1 Singer. Such appointments often presage a fund-raising.
Shanta Gold Limited (LON:SHG), down 5.8%. The company, which owns the New Luika mine in south-west Tanzania, produced 24,341 ounces of the yellow metal in the three months ended March, compared with 29,000 ounces in the preceding quarter.
TP Group PLC (LON:TPG), down 3.7%. The specialist technology, engineering and managed solutions group broke even in 2015 after losing £2.1mln in 2014, but the order book had fallen to £14.5mln from £17.3mln.

Premier African Minerals (LON:PREM) up 18% to 0.9p. Investors seemingly read through from interest in Colluli potash project in Eritrea, where 8 MOUs have been signed. Premier Africa has 2% stake in Circum, which is developing Danakil potash project in same basin next door in Ethiopia.
Gulf Keystone Petroleum PLC (LON:GKP) up 16% to 5.47p. Kurdistan-focused oiler continues to rally as market as oil price stabilises and vague bid talk resurfaces.
FALLERS
Lombard Risk Management plc (LON:LRM) down 11% to 10.5p. Revenues ahead in the year to March but one-off costs of £2.5mln will mean loss of £2.1 - £2.3mln.
Serica Energy PLC (LON:SQZ) down 6% to 10.4p. Erskine oil field stakeholder (18%) under pressure after results, though it swung into a profit, has cash and no commitments. Looking for acquisitions.
ValiRx PLC (LON:VAL) down 7% to 8.62p. Cancer drug developer received a notice from Bracknor to convert £120,000 of its convertible loan notes into ordinary shares.
