Imaginatik Plc (LON:IMTK) up 28.3% at 4.65p. Investor Richard Turner buys a 4.1% stake in the consultancy, enterprise software and program management group.
Tengri Resources (LON:TEN) up 6.4% at 2.5p. Sells mineral exploration and development operations in Talas, Kyrgyz Republic, to Socagest SA for US6mln.
Red Rock Resources PLC (LON:RRR) up 15.7% at 0.58p. Paul Johnson buys 3.01% of the outstanding share capital in the West African and Greenland-focused miner.
FALLERS
Orsu Metals Corporation (LON:OSU) (TSX:OSU) down 14.2% to 1.59p. Shares keep falling after Monday's news that the company was selling its Karchiga and Kogodai projects in Kazakhstan and cancelling its AIM listing.
Lakehouse PLC (LON:LAKE) down 1% at 47.5p. Energy support services group says it is trading in line with revised expectations after previously flagging up headwinds in its regeneration and energy services arms.
President Energy PLC (LON:PPC) down 2.7% to 7.3p. South America-focused oil & gas explorer and producer launches rolling programme of well workovers to mitigate inevitably normal field declines in Argentina.

RISERS
Gulf Keystone Petroleum PLC (LON:GKP) up 10% to 6.72p. Oil group receives a US$15mln gross payment from the Kurdistan Regional Government for crude oil deliveries in March. GKP said its cash position will amount to US$69.5mln as a result of the payment.
Anglo American (LON:AAL) up 8% to 630p Best of the FTSE 100 bunch as miners bounce upwards again.
Tiger Resources Finance PLC (LON:TIR) up 6% to 0.45p. NAV of its portfolio of mining investments added up to 0.93p at the end of March or more than a 50% discount.
FALLERS
React Energy PLC (LON:REAC) down 17% to 6.43p. Proposed biomass plant at Clay Cross in Derbyshire approved by the local council. The facility will convert 80,000 tonnes per annum of construction and demolition (C&D) waste wood to generate up to 12Mw of electrical energy. Funding talks are underway.
Deltex Medical Group PLC (LON:DEMG) down 7% to 4.3p. Results for 2015 show revenues growing strongly in the US and elsewhere overseas at the blood monitor group but the NHS is cutting back rapidly. Losses rise to £3.6mln.
Goldstone Resources Limited (LON:GRL) down 4% to 1.51p. Gold explorer receives an unsecured short-term loan from major shareholder Stratex International PLC (LON:STI) of up to US$100,000. Goldstone has also launched a further cost cutting programme.

Iofina PLC (LON:IOF) up 42% to 12.7p. More good gains following upbeat production upbeat yesterday by the iodine from brine group.
Dalradian Resources Inc (LON:DALR) up 17% to 59.8p. High grades from an in-fill drilling programme at the Curraghinalt mine development in Ulster. Best of the results was 100.66 g/t of gold over 1.44m at the Sheep Dip vein.
FALLERS
Lidco PLC (LON:LID) down 13% to 7.6p. Blood mentoring group reports lower revenues and a slip into the red as several monitor sales slipped into this financial year.
Falkland Islands Holdings PLC (LON:FKL) down 10% to 185p. Profits will be down 10-15% due to slower year for logistics business Momart. Falklands activity this year is likely to be quieter due to weak oil price, company adds.
Fishing Republic PLC (LON:FISH) down 9% to 29p. Full year results in first year on AIM from fishing equipment retailer showed flat underlying profits and a fall in statutory profits to almost zero. Revenues rose though and were up 45% in second half year-on-year.
