Risers & Fallers: Oilex nearly doubles, Pathfinder loses its way

A new service contract shoots up Immedia Group shares.

Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes at 1.30pm.

Risers

Immedia Group PLC (LON:IME) up 130% to 34.5p. Signed a five year service contract with a major global brand with substantial operations in the UK and Europe.

FastForward Innovations (LON:FFWD) up 9% to 17.5p. Investee company Schoold’s app won best 'Best New App' in Apple's App Store. FFWD has a 9.1% equity interest in Schoold.

Minds + Machines (LON:MMX) up 6% to 9.13p. As part of on-going restructuring, the group changed its web address and its current registrar activity will migrate to the Uniregistry platform.

Fallers

Independent Resources plc (LON:IRG) down 14% to 0.12p. To cut cash expenditure, directors are seeking shareholder approval to take a significant statutory authority to issue up to 5mln shares for cash.

Greatland Gold PLC (LON:GGP) down 12% to 0.15p. Looking to raise £200,000. Paul Johnson’s Metal Tiger will receive 150mln warrants , along with Metal Tiger’s Alex Borelli.

Bonmarche Holdings PLC (LON:BON) down 9% to 171.5p. Warned consumer confidence |”does not appear buoyant” in the UK. Boss Beth Butterwick was “cautious” about the rest of the year.

Risers

Oilex LTD (LON:OEX), up 96% to 1.32p. The India focussed gas group announced the start of production from the Bhandut field, which came online at a rate of around 120 barrels oil equivalent.

Mountfield Group (LON:MOGP), up 27% to 1.5p. The company’s building subsidiary has secured ‘a substantial quantity of work’, with £2mln in the books for 2016. The unit could make a valuable contribution to profitability, says group chief executive Andy Collins.

Vectura Group PLC (LON:VEC), up 4.6% to 170p. The drugs group and partner Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LON:HIK) received a boost from US regulators for an asthma.

Fallers

Pathfinder Minerals (LON:PFP), down 18% to 0.88p. An update on court proceedings in Maputo, Mozambique, revealed that the court declined to hear a legal challenge brought by a subsidiary of the company.

DFS Furniture (LON:DFS), down 5% to 304.7p. Major shareholder Advent International revealed it had sold 14% of the company’s share capital at 300p per share, for a total of £90mln. Advent will retain 24.1%.

Metal Tiger (LON:MTR), down 18% to 4.12p. Having risen some 350% in the past month some profit taking was always likely. Today, the group released an exploration update from its project in Botswana, and it said more results would follow soon.
