As presaged yesterday, around 8.9% of the existing shares in accesso Technology Group (LON:ACSO), the “virtual queuing” company, have been placed with institutional investors.
The shares were placed at 950p per share, compared to the current mid-market price of around 987p.
Chief executive officer Tom Burnet, chief financial officer John Alder, chief operating officer Steve Brown and founding director Leonard Sim were among those that placed shares with institutions.
Burnet sold half of his stake, which now stands at 426,909 shares, equivalent to 1.93% of the issued share capital of accesso.
Alder exercised options over 100,000 shares and sold them, leaving his stake at 0.03% of the company.
Brown sold 500,000 shares, reducing his holding to 633,916 shares (2.86%) while Sim disposed of 800,000 shares to leave his holding at 1.24mln (5.61%).
Burnet, Alder, Brown and Sim have undertaken not to sell any more shares in the next year without the written consent of Canaccord Genuity and Numis Securities, the brokers that arranged the share placing.
Shares in accesso are up 544% over the last five years.
