Major share price movers in London at 4.00pm

RISERS

Imaginatik Plc (LON:IMTK) up 50% to 3p. Reports that ex–Quindell boss Rob Terry is planning a bid but company says other than those there is no reason for the share price today.

Greatland Gold PLC (LON:GGP) up 33% to 0.18p. Metal Tiger takes a 12% stake and appoints two members to the board of the Aussie gold explorer.

Card Factory (LON:CARD) up 4% to 356p. Greetings card group reported strong full year results, with headline figures just ahead of expectations. For the year ending January 2016, total sales were up 8% and underlying profit before tax 25% higher to £82mln.

FALLERS

UMC Energy Corporation (LON:UEP) down 14% to 0.09p. Shareholders approve AIM de-listing, which will take effect on 14 April.

Westminster Group (LON:WSG) down 14% to 10.01p. Ferry flagship ferry, the Sierra Queen, in Sierra Leone sustained some minor damage from an uncharted submerged obstacle while moving between terminals. Damage is said to be limited but repairs will be required.

Cluff Natural Resources PLC (LON:CLNR) down 14% to 1.28p. Company raises £727,000 through a placing of new shares to new and existing institutional and private investors at 1.25p. The group, which is focussed on North Sea projects, said the injection of capital will fund the company through to the end of 2016.

RISERS

Botswana Diamonds PLC (LON:BOD) up 58% to 1.62p. Drilling starts on first reverse circulation hole at Orapa with three narrow holes also to commence this week.

Noricum Gold PLC (LON:NMG) up 26% to 0.16p. Company has moved on to the mine planning stage at its Kvemo Bolnisi project after completing a drill programme on the outcropping gold. The explorer wants first production from the deposit in the Republic of Georgia by the third quarter this year and said it remained on track to achieve that.

Solo Oil PLC (LON:SOLO) up 23% to 0.36p. First gas sales from the Kiliwani North gas in Tanzania where Solo’s stake is set to rise to 10%. Production is to rise to between 4-5,000 barrels equivalent per day.

FALLERS

Herencia Resources PLC (LON:HER) down 19% to 0.465p. Gives back some of yesterday’s strong gains after the mining junior sealed a US$500,000 finance package payable in two tranches.

eServGlobal Limited (LON:ESG) down 9% to 5.45p. Company says it is final stages of negotiation of a large contract but this will not affect current guidance. There is no other explanation for the recent share price rise, it said.

easyJet PLC (LON:EZJ) down 2% to 1,489p. Passenger numbers increased by 4.3 % in March to 5.7mln but company is being trounced by Ryanair. Airlines also weaker generally as oil price revives a touch.

RISERS

Cyan Holdings PLC (LON:CYAN) up 132% to 0.31p. Smart meter group picks up £10mln contract from Iran for 360,000 units. Order for both software and hardware is significantly larger than any it has received so far, company said.

Aminex PLC (LON:AEX) up 17% to 1.44p. First gas sales from the Kiliwani field in Tanzania. Production will now ramp up to gas equivalent of 4-5,000 barrels per day.

Metal Tiger (LON:MTR) up 14% to 5.97p. Resource company investor boosted by the suspension in Australia of partner MOD Resources ahead of latest drill results from their potentially huge copper project in Botswana. Assay details are due Friday.

FALLERS

Taihua plc (LON:TAIH) down 34% to 1.41p. Sales at the Chinese herbal medicines group fall 34% to RMB 35.1mln in 2015. Forsythia harvest was also well down. Chinese GMP certificate has been renewed, which will help sales recover it said.

Vast Resources (LON:VAST) down 15% to 0.312p. Miner raises £133,000 at 0.24p as part of a financing deal arranged on 7 March.

Strat Aero (LON:AERO) down 12% to 1.88p. Drone maker fleshes out case for legal action against boss of recent acquisition Aero Kinetics, W Hulsey Smith. The company's action alleges counts of fraud and breach of contract arising from misrepresentations made by Mr Smith, it said.
