BATM Advanced Communications Limited’s (LON:BVC) network division has picked up a US$4mln contract to provide secure applications for a unnamed government.
It is the second national government contract awarded to BATM's network and cyber arm and will run for up to three years.
The contract will enable the customer more accurately to manage and analyse the pattern of usage on the network. BATM said its solution was deemed the best-of-breed.
Work will commence in the third quarter of 2016 with the potential for for substantially higher revenue than indicated if more content is required.
Zvi Marom, chief executive, said: "We are delighted that our solution has been chosen by another major customer.
“Demand for our technology continues to grow from other governments as well as several different agencies and we are involved in several POC programmes that we believe may materialise into similar contracts."
