Frank Lewis, chairman of renewable energy and forestry management company Active Energy Group PLC (LON:AEG), is stepping down from the role.
In the interim, the role of non-executive chairman will be performed by AEG non-executive director Michael Rowan, while the company considers its options.
"Frank has been a source of support and insight since being appointed as non-executive chairman early last year. We all wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours,” said Richard Spinks, chief executive officer of Active Energy.
Active Energy's shares were off 1.2% at 4.2p in mid-morning trading in a market that was down 1.4%.
