Ian Postlethwaite, the departing chief financial officer of Allergy Therapeutics PLC (LON:AGY), has pitched up at healthcare technology investor NetScientific PLC (LON:NSCI).
Postlethwaite's impending departure was announced by Allergy last month, though it was not revealed at the time which company he was moving to.
He will join NetScientific after Allergy has found and bedded in a new chief financial officer.
“His wealth of experience at board level in raising capital for listed growth companies with international operations in the healthcare sector will be a huge asset to the company as we move forward with our new focus on digital health, diagnostics and therapeutics,” said Sir Richard Sykes, chairman of NetScientific.
