Some of the major share price risers and fallers in London on Monday

Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes at the close:

RISERS

Belvoir Lettings PLC (LON:BLV), up 11%. The property franchise firm saw a 19% increase to group revenue in 2015 from the year before. Profit before tax advanced to £2.2mln.

Chemring Group PLC (LON:CHG), up 8.5%. Implementation of the 40mm ammunition contract to an end user in the Middle East, referred to in the 21 January 2016 results announcement, has commenced, at last.

Tungsten Corporation PLC (LON:TUNG), up 8.2%. Morgan Stanley has lifted its holding above the 9% level to 9.47%.

FALLERS

Sepura PLC (LON:SEPU), down 32%. Adjusted underlying earnings (EBITDA) for the year just ended are expected to be below market expectations at somewhere between €16mln and €20mln. On the plus side, expectations for the current financial year (to 1 April 2017) remain unchanged, the provider of critical communications solutions said.

Bahamas Petroleum Company PLC (LON:BPC), down 11%. The oil and gas exploration company has amended its remuneration packages to put the emphasis more on payment in shares than in cash.

Aminex PLC (LON:AEX), down 9.6%. The Africa-focused oil and gas company has agreed to dispose of its 3.825% interest in the Kiliwani North development licence to Solo Oil PLC (LON:SOLO).

Major share price risers and fallers at 12.45pm

RISERS

Intelligent Energy Holdings PLC (LON:IEH) up 59% to 15.6p. Funding talks continue while the company is to regroup around its 1W to 20kW air cooled fuel cell technology. Some 200 job cuts are planned to cut costs.

Herencia Resources PLC (LON:HER) up 20% to 0.039p. Major shareholders confirmed last week they intend to provide a loan of up to US$500,000 of which approximately US$200,000 will be available by 6 April.

Daily Internet PLC (LON:DAIP) up 6% to 1.83p. Results for year to March will show significant improvement on the comparative period last year. Group expects total revenues of approximately £4.7mln and underlying profits 50% ahead of a year ago.

FALLERS

Strat Aero PLC (LON:AERO) down 18% to 2.58p. Drone maker announced late Friday that chief executive Tony Dunleavy had resigned. Company has also started legal action against W. Hulsey Smith, the vendor of November acquisition Aero Kinetics, on counts of fraud and breach of contract. Hulsey Smith has been sacked as boss of Aero Kinetics.

Solo Oil PLC (LON:SOLO) down 8% to 0.28p. Oil and gas group agrees to up its stake in the Kilwani gas field in Tanzania to 10%. Cost will be US$2.16mln payable in three stages.

Mondi Plc (LON:MNDI) down 2% to 1,320p. Reports that the Russian anti monopoly board has started an investigation though the FTSE 100 paper maker said it had yet to receive any notification.

RISERS

Landore Resources Ltd (LON:LND) up 148% to 1.98p. Canadian explorer confirms significant gold discovery at its Junior Lake prospect. Mineralisation of around 30 metres close to the surface could be developed as a low cost, bulk tonnage mine, which will boost the potential economics of developing the rest of the property, it added.

Metal Tiger PLC (LON:MTR) up 22% to 5.6p. Interview with Paul Johnson, chief executive, by Proactive Investors on prospects in Thailand and recent drilling results from copper and silver joint venture in Botswana sparks interest.

Atlantis Resources Ltd (LON:ATR) up 10% to 46.3p. Tidal power groups inks a funding a deal with infrastructure investment specialist Equitix.

FALLERS

Caza Oil & Gas Inc (LON:CAZA) down 48% to 0.3p. US-based oil and gas producer plans to go private and de-list from AIM.

Sepura (LON:SEPU) down 28% to 142p. Profit warning from the mobile radio group for year to end April as orders have slipped into the next calendar year. Debt is also higher than expected due to working capital requirements.

Sunrise Resources PLC (LON:SRES) down 7% to 0.14p. Mining junior raises £120,000 through a placing at 0.11p. Chairman Patrick Cheetham put up £50,000 of the money.
