Risers & Fallers: CloudTag PLC, Ferrum Crescent PLC, Herencia Resources PLC ...

The wearable and health monitoring technology group CloudTag continues to see traction with investors, and is currently trading at its highest level for around nine months.

Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes at 14.30.

RISERS

Cloudtag (LON:CTAG), up 13.7% to 3.3p. The wearable and health monitoring technology group continues to see traction with investors, and is currently trading at its highest level for around 9 months.

Herencia Resources (LON:HER), up 150% to 0.04p. The group said conversations regarding additional finance are now well progressed - and it expects to get around US$200,000 by April 6 – but, said it is not aware of any other reason for the rise.

Weatherly International (LON:WTI), up 30% to 0.43p. The miner revealed, in a regulatory statement, that Christopher Chambers had acquired an additional 1mln shares to take its stake to 4.02%.

Fallers

Quadrise Fuels (LON:QFI), down 10.2% to 11p. The AIM group told investors that it has contracted recently retired executive chairman Ian Williams as a consultant.

Ferrum Crescent (LON:FCR), down 33% to 0.16p. The shares pulled back following yesterday’s sharp rally following the group’s strategic update.

Stratmin Global Resources (LON:STGR), down 22% to 2.12p. The group agreed an asset sale that will receive around double its current market valuation in an asset sale should also provide a “funding solution” for its Madagascan graphite operation.

RISERS

Range Resources Limited (LON:RRL), up 20%. Shares gushed higher as the company reported good news from its drilling of the MD 250 well in Trinidad.

North Midland Construction PLC (LON:NMD), up 18%. The civil engineering firm's 2015 results pleased the market, as it bounced firmly back into the black.

Minoan Group plc (LON:MIN), up 13%. Hard to believe that today's announcement of the date of the annual general meeting has sparked a 13% rise, unless it is some kind of elaborate April Fool's joke; it is far more likely to be further consideration of yesterday's full-year results.

FALLERS

Ascent Resources PLC (LON:AST), down 68%. The shares fell out of bed with a bump as Cadogan Petroleum said it would not be bidding for its fellow energy firm.

Nakama Group plc (LON:NAK), down 27%. The recruitment firm said turnover for the financial year just ended will be lower than expected, due to a softening of the contractors market.

Nighthawk Energy PLC (LON:HAWK), down 17%. The oil producer's bankers have tightened the purse strings, reflecting the softer oil price environment.
