Midlands-focused property firm Real Estate Investors PLC (LON:RLE) has reminded shareholders that it intends to pay dividends on a quarterly basis in future.
The information was conveyed in the regional property group's full-year results, in which it disclosed a hefty hike in the annual pay-out, from 1.5p to 2p.
The company will be paying future dividends on a quarterly basis commencing in July 2016 with the payments expected to occur in the months of July, October, January and April.
Shares in Real Estate Investors were up 3.3% at 62.49p in lunchtime trading.
