Learning Technologies Group PLC's deputy chairman tops up

The purchase follows the release of full-year results earlier this week

Harry Hill, the deputy chairman of Learning Technologies Group PLC (LON:LTG) has bought 20,000 shares in the company at 37.5p a throw.

The purchase raises the stake held by Hill and his wife to just over 2mln shares, representing 0.49% of the issued share capital of the digital learning business.

The purchase follows the release of full-year results earlier this week that showed revenue rose 33% to £19.9mln in 2015 from £14.9mln the year before, while adjusted underlying earnings (EBITDA) more than doubled to £4.3mln from £2.1mln.

Shares in Learning Technologies currently trade at around 37.25p, up 19% year-to-date.
