Below are some of the main news-driven share price changes at 3.45pm.
RISERS
TLA Worldwide plc (LON:TLA), up 38%. Usually when a company puts out a stock market announcement 85 minutes after the market has closed and won't be opening again for another four days, the news is bad, but TLA revealed terms of an agreed bid from Atlantic Alliance Partnership, worth 65p a share. The shares rose 14.5p to 55.5p.
Audioboom Group PLC (LON:BOOM), up 17%. Rob Proctor, chief executive of the spoken word specialist, recently bought 650,000 shares at 2.98p a pop. He's already sitting on a profit as the shares rose to 3.16p.
SalvaRx Group PLC (LON:SALV), up 14%. Vela Technologies has declared a 0.64% stake in the cancer drug developer that rose from the ashes of 3 Legs Resources last week.
FALLERS
Tertiary Minerals PLC (LON:TYM), down 30%. The fluospar mine developer said it was facing challenges by animal welfare and environmental groups to its mining permit for the Storuman project in Sweden.
TomCo Energy PLC (LON:TOM), down 29%. Full-year results from the oil shale firm disappointed. The company has minimal revenue and made a loss of £716,000, versus a loss of £732,000 the year before.
Roxi Petroleum PLC (LON:RXP), down 10%. Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, revealed options over 500,000 have been exercised.

RISERS
Cadogan Petroleum PLC (LON:CAD), up 15.4%. Cadogan's bid approach for Ascent has done wonders for the latter's share price, but it has done no harm either to Cadogan's.
Premier Foods PLC (LON:PFD), up 13.5%. The Mr Kipling cakes maker is another bid stock, although in its case it has been resisting advances from US food giant McCormick at an indicated 60p per share, preferring instead – according to its announcement last Thursday – to have Nissin Food Holdings on board as a 17.27% shareholder.
GameAccount Network PLC (LON:GAME), up 13.0%. The business-to-business internet gaming software specialist has signed a deal with an unnamed but major US casino operator that wants to offer GAN's Simulated Gaming service.
LOSERS
Turbo Power Systems PLC (LON:TPS), down 16.7%. Fourth quarter revenue fell 12% from a year earlier, although underlying earnings (EBIDA) turned positive, at £0.19mln, versus a loss of £1.38mln the year before. Order intake, however, was down 40%.
African Potash Ltd (LON:AFPO), down 14.7%. The company is building a vertically integrated fertiliser business, focusing initially on trading and distribution, and achieved its maiden revenues in the first half of the current financial year. The shares were dented, though, by news that payment from the Zambian COMESA agreement announced in January is taking longer to come through than expected.
Quartix Holdings PLC (LON:QTX), down 5.1%. The AGM statement was a masterpiece in brevity: “The board is pleased to report that trading for the two month period to 29 February 2016 has been in line to deliver management's expectations for the full year.” It is hard to discern from that why the shares might be down.
